Eagle Scout rank requirement 5 requires that you use the Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook.  It will serve as a guide throughout the process, and a mechanism for recording your idea, plan, and project report.  You should start with the Chester County Council Eagle Scout Handbook.  This Handbook has links to download the Workbook and other documents you will need, as well as instructions and other forms that you will need to complete the Eagle Scout process. There is not a direct link to  download the Workbook from this page since you also need the Handbook and should start there.
